1. Keele and Pond plaza gravel parking lot
This is a relatively new parking lot and is super conveniently located!
When you drive north on Keele street, you always notice that big plaza on the right hand size with Tim Hortons and many other stores.
This parking lot is right there!
It’s covered with gravel and can accommodate couple hundred cars, with the most attractive parking rates!
The best part is that it only costs $6 per day.
2. Finch West subway station parking lot
Recently, a parking lot opened right by Finch West subway station with 347 parking spaces and it has very good parking rates!

This parking lot is as close as the Finch West subway station parking lot (if not even closer).
It’s located along Four Winds Drive (between Sentinel Road and Keele Street).
These parking spots are often used by the residents of nearby apartment buildings, but you can often find several free parking spots.
The rates are very attractive as well! It only costs $0.25 per hour to park there. Assuming you are coming to university for 5-6 hours, your parking cost will be $3.
You are only charged for parking time up to 12am.
